We deliver inside the green area shown on the map. We donot deliver outside this area. When you enter your address into the checkout it should confirm that you fall inside our delivery zone. There is a list of the towns and villages we deliver to at the bottom of this page.
how much does delivery cost?
Delivery within our area is free for orders over £60. Below this there is a £15 charge.
How long does delivery take?
We try to deliver all orders within 3 working days of the order being placed although this can be longer during busy periods such as the run up to Christmas or during bad weather.
What happens after i have placed my order?
Once you have placed your order online you will receive an automated email confirming your transaction. We will email you within 1 working day to tell you what day and time we will deliver. If there are any days or times you cannot receive your delivery let us know in the comments box when purchasing. We can deliver when you are not in, just tell us where you want your logs tipping(there is a box when you check out), if you leave a sheet we will cover them for you so they remain dry.
What time/days do you deliver?
We deliver between 9:00am & 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am & 1:00pm on Saturday. We will email you a 2 hour wide dilivery slot within 24 hours of placing your order, if it is not convinient let us know and we will re-arrange it.
how will my logs be delivered?
All logs are delivered loose, they are tipped out of our delivery vehicle onto the floor. We do NOT handle, throw or carry them.
where can my logs be dropped?
The simple answer is wherever we can get our vehicle; a small tipping lorry about the same size as a large suv or pickup truck. All of the deliveries are made by Clancy (the same person who replies to your phone mesages and emails) and while she is very skilled at getting the lorry into some tight spots she is not a magician she cannot make it shrink or fly, neither is it 4 wheel drive, it will not go off road, this includes across grass. It is possible to have your logs tipped onto the road but we except no liability for this.
