Delivery

Delivery is available 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 1:00pm Saturday, in 2 hour wide slots. If you want a specific day or time it is advisable to book in advance.
All deliveries are free on orders of £60 and over and within our delivery area, which covers the area between  Southam, Banbury, Brackley, Towcester and Daventry as illustrated by the map opposite,  see below for a list of all the towns and villages we cover. 
Orders below £60 will incur a £10 delivery charge.
We try to deliver all orders within 3 working days of purchase although it may take slightly longer in busy periods eg. just before christmas or during particually bad weather. 

Once you have placed your order online you will receive an automated email confirming your transaction. We will email you personally as soon as we can after after this to tell you what day and time we will deliver. If there are any days or times you cannot receive your delivery let us know in the comments box when purchasing.  We can deliver when you are not in, just tell us where you want your logs tipping(there is a box when you check out), if you leave a sheet we will cover them for you so they remain dry.
All log orders are delivered loose, they are tipped on or as close to your property as we can get. Our delivery vehicle is 2wd and will NOT go off road, this includes lawns, fields, muddy areas and even grass verges.
